When you register as an agent, owner, or user, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at admin@aqalrealty.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Aqal Realty only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive property information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted materials without permission.
• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated tools to extract data.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality or security.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
5. Listing Policies
a. Property Listings
All listings must:
• Contain accurate and truthful information.
• Include clear property images (no stock or misleading photos).
• Belong to the user or agency with the legal right to advertise the property.
b. Agent Verification
Agents must undergo a verification process, which may include identity confirmation and license validation. Aqal Realty reserves the right to reject or remove unverified profiles at any time.
c. Fees and Payments
Aqal Realty currently offers free property listings for the first year. Future premium or subscription services will be clearly communicated in advance, and payment terms will be provided before any charges occur.
6. Communication and Leads
Aqal Realty facilitates direct communication between users (e.g., buyers, sellers, agents).
We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the accuracy of communication or outcomes.
Users are responsible for exercising due diligence before entering into agreements or payments.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Aqal Realty does not control or endorse these external sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Accessing such links is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Aqal Realty — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Aqal Realty and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Aqal Realty a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote that content on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqal Realty, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the Platform.
• Property transactions between users.
• Errors or inaccuracies in listings.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of our services within the past twelve months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aqal Realty, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:
• Your use of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Minnesota, United States.
